DIY Journal

Today we will be making our own journal. I will go step by step how to make this, hope you enjoy!

Step 1:
Get a Potato



                                                                                       Step 2:
Cut the potato in half. After you have cut the potato in half, cut that half in half, to where it looks like so:
                                                                     Step 3:
Get 3 colors of paint: red (or pink), green, and black (or white)

Step 4:
Put the paint and potato aside. You will need a composition notebook.
                                   Step 4:
Rip the paper off of the notebook itself, to where it looks like so:
                                 Step 5:
Grab the paint, the quarter of potato, and the journal. Cover the piece of potato in your pink, or red, paint.
 
 Step 6:
Then push the potato on the front side of the journal, to where it looks like so:
                                    Step 7:
Paint a green outing around the curving of the shape, this will look like a watermelon.
                                  Step 8:
After you've completed the step above, you can paint some seeds inside the pink, like so:

You can stop at the step above, but i wanted to add a background color to make it stand out. This is the finishing touch:
